Session Fees:

90 minute Initial Assessment $100

60 minute Individual Session $80

90 minute Individual EMDR $10

90 minute Group Session $35 (when available)

Payments are processed at time of service, securely through our practice platform, SimplePractice, which is a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system. All personal and financial information is protected.

We accept all major credit cards, including HSA.

 

The insurance plans we now accept in North Carolina are BCBSNC, Medcost, United Health Care, and UMR. We are looking to enroll in others, so feel free to call with questions. We offer reduced-fee options based on financial need.  We do all that we can to eliminate cost barriers so you get the help you want.
